How to Report After Seat Allotment
Candidates, who are allotted a seat for the first time must report to any of the Reporting Centre within the scheduled dates of that specific round for document verification, failing which their allotment will be cancelled. The candidate has to report at the RC along with the provisional seat allotment letter downloaded from the website, proof of fee payment and the relevant documents. Based on the document verification, candidate data will be updated as per the business rules and the allotted seat may be confirmed or cancelled. Accordingly, Provisional Admission Letter or Seat Cancellation Letter will be generated and will be available in candidate’s dashboard. If allotted seat is cancelled, candidate will be moved to the next round or may become ineligible and will be out of the system completely for any further rounds.
Document Verification and Seat Confirmation by Reporting Centres:
Candidates, who are registered and paid seat acceptance fee, Document verification will be carried out RC within the scheduled dates.
During document verification, verifying user will verify the credentials as per uploaded documents produced by the candidate and update accordingly. The following can happen based on updation of candidate’s parameters:
- Candidate will remain in this round and seat remains allotted as original allotment
- Candidate’s allotted seat would be cancelled in this round and will be moved to the next round and based on the updated eligibility and seat availability, he/she may be allotted a seat in the next round.
- Candidate will be out of the system completely for any further rounds
Based on input provided by verifying user during documents verification, if allotted seat is being confirmed then “Provisional Admission Letter” or “Seat Cancellation Letter” will be generated in candidate login.
